One of the worst lawyers.. He didnt even show up for my fiance arraignment, the court house had to call around looking for him. He never answered her letters or went back to discuss the case with her while she was in jail. He forgot her charges, along with not filing for a motion of discovery after asking multiple times. She has never been in trouble prior and had no idea to expect or even knew she could fire a court appointed attorney. She is in the process of researching how she can fix the mess he made. Please save yourself the time, their is a reason he is no longer a federal prosecutor and now has his little office in a little town. Pathetic!

These reviews do not surprise me. I hired this attorney to represent me in a landlord/tenant case. Was not satisfied with the results so we decided to file a reconsideration. That cost was $1,000. After paying him that money, we decided not to go thru with the reconsideration. Months of asking for my refund, he has given me lies and excuse after excuse. I have yet to receive my refund and I don’t foresee it ever happening. This is how he treats his military clients. This is not the honest, trustworthy man he portrays himself to be. It sucks trusting someone and being betrayed... especially by an attorney. I wish I would have read these reviews before hiring him.

Was very disappointed in this attorney. He did not return any of mine or my son's phones calls. There was no appointment made to go over my son's case. When we got to the court house we felt like an afterthought and no preparation was made. I was also given false hope when I paid for the services as he indicated he did not foresee a conviction. He plead my son guilty to something he did not do. 30+ years does not make a good attorney!

Do not use this Lawyer! I hired him to file and was told that I had the option of changing my mind. Over 4 months ago I decided not to file and requested a refund. I have called repeatedly and each time I was told the check would be cut on Friday. I still have not received my refund almost 5 months later!

This lawyer had accepted our full payment of $1900 then was disbarred a few weeks later. This lawyer violated the ethical professional guidelines by never notifying us or refunding our payment. We have been attempting to get a refund for 9 months now.
