George Marzloff has practiced regularly in all Virginia state courts and the U.S. Bankruptcy Court since 1979. He is a graduate of Louisiana State University Law School (J.D.,1974) and the George Washington University National Law Center (LL.M., 1977). His publications appear in the Washington & Lee Law Review, the Journal of the Virginia Trial Lawyers Association, and the Fredericksburg Area Bar Newsletter. He is a member of the National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers, the Virginia Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers, the Association of Trial Lawyers of America, the Virginia Trial Lawyers Association, the Northern Virginia Bankruptcy Bar Association, the Fredericksburg Area Bar Association, and has served as President of the Aquia Harbour Host Lions Club. After five years of federal trial practice in Washington, D.C., he moved to Stafford in 1978 to begin a practice which is now devoted to those injured by the negligence of others, those accused of crimes, traffic offenses or other misconduct, those in need of representation in civil litigation, those entitled to debt relief, and persons needing various real estate services.
