I paid this lawyer $3,000 that was donated to me to help me with my custody case and he refused any requests I had and didn’t help enforce the mandatory mediation even when I had to get the judge to order it. In court, he never objected to anything and I saw my money AND my son taken away from me because I believe I was not properly represented by him. He said he wouldn’t even ask for a new judge because he was afraid he would ‘upset her’. Isn’t that what attorneys do is to represent you and protect you especially to protect your parental rights?
