First and foremost, I wanted to take a moment to express my gratitude for having The Millerfirmllc handle my Round Up claim. I am extreemly satisfied with the outcome of this process. Yes, on the logistical timeline of the case, I’m aware that attorneys on both sides have been constantly involved with trying to get a settlement deal outcome, but patience is a virtue. So I feel like the miller law firm has fought hard for me. Sometimes it takes time for fight for you and what your owed I felt like ultimately this is how they preformed. I also had something that was holding up my case not the millers fault and Shareeka hooked me up and now I’m feeling good about may case and even better about the customer service

Our son was one of the first DePuy Hip Replacement cases filed over 12 years ago. He chose The Miller Firm to represent him. Just as his case was about to go to court locally, it went into multi-district litigation. This meant that all the cases were "stuck" in a Texas court for years. He had regular written communications with attorneys from the Miller Firm giving basic updates and many calls asking for specific information. I admit it became frustrating--but this was not the fault of the Miller Firm, because when cases get stuck in another area, their hands are tied until either the case comes up in the designated court or it gets sent to another court. Unfortunately, our son died before his case was heard. Having witnessed his constant pain and suffering, we felt it was important to seek some semblance of justice in his memory. I called his attorney, Tayjes Shah, and he directed me to go to the Clerk of Courts and get qualified to administer our son's estate. Not long after that, the case was sent back to court in Virginia. TJ was effective in communicating with us and kept us informed of the progress. When the attorneys for DePuy scheduled depositions, he prepared us and remained available throughout the long day of questioning. We were eventually informed that a trial date had been set for April 2024 and that the judge requested we try mediation before then. At that point, Brian Brake took over. He was confident, reassuring, and straight forward in our conversations. We had several phone conferences with Brian before meeting him for the mediation. His demeanor and expertise put us at ease during the hearing, and we were able to come to a settlement. Brian has remained in touch as he worked diligently to get the funds released. Throughout the long process, everyone we spoke with at the firm (receptionist, paralegals, and other personnel) was gracious and helpful. Both TJ and Brian were professional, knowledgeable, and sympathetic to our pain and anxiety. We commend them for both their competence and kindness and recommend them and their firm without reservation.

I would like to take this time to write a heartfelt 'THANK YOU ' to the Miller Law Firm, Jeff Seldomridge, Rich Mayer, Chastity and the others. I 'bugged' the heck out of ALL of them monthly, weekly and yes even daily. They were extremley patient with me and answered all of my questions. In the end I DID receive my Roundup Cancer Settlement $$. I am grateful to have found them. This Firm, Mr. Jeff Seldomridge, worked long and HARD to get me a fair amount of compensation/money for my years of suffering with Non-Hodgkins Lymphoma. Very dissatisfied with this firm, I’m a Roundup survivor, this firm along with the government have taken basically my settlement and have divided it between them. Pennies is what we got, now, after paying another $1,000 to qualify for the EIF, these lawyers say they get a piece of that too! Well I want my $1,000 back! Why would I pay more attorney fees to get what was already part of the settlement? Where’s your $1,000 to allow you to get my EIF??? Sad ,
