The Absolute worst customer service I have ever seen paid for my case and agreed on a settlement but nothing got settled. they will not answer or return phone calls. they have no sense of care for there customers. I don't understand what kind of business this is. Dealing with a case is already not that simple but to deal with this company and a case just makes things 1000x harder. id leave a negative review if i could. they want me to pay for a consultation again just so that he could follow up on the case that he never closed out. What a joke
Scheduled an initial consultation. Original date was changed. Asked for a refund and was told they do not refund. Decided to just go with the new date. Did not hear from them at the appointment time, so I called and secretary said I wasn't on the calendar. She did find where I was "re-scheduled" and said the lawyer was still in a meeting. Offered me another time later this afternoon (I am loaded down with work and cannot keep re-scheduling). She said, "So you don't want to re-schedule, is this correct?" In frustration, I gave up the fee. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL.
Brian, Melissa, and their staff are great. They have helped us with contracts, collections, estate planning, and business succession. I'm confident that they will give sound advice and follow through until the end. Thank you for all that you help us with!
