He settled without my knowledge for an amount he knew I had not agreed to. Lied to me for 9 months saying we were waiting in this and that. I finally sent a certified letter to him. He produced forged documents. He had settled 9 months prior. I never received a penny. He and his major partner, Burt Burnett, were disbarred. Burnett us in prison. Majd should be too.
Horrible service took a plea deal on my case with out telling me. 5k when we could have potentially got 100k. All other reviews are from people he has in his pocket like. Advance chiropractic. Other two reviews are spot on about not answering dodging phone calls. Horrible save yourself the headache. First off you are lying to get business and cheating people out of there money. Who in there right mind would accept a check for 5k out of 100k. I’m done talking with a crook already submitted my claim to the state board we will see if I’m telling the truth or you. If you want to get your money taken go to this man.
Worst Lawyer ever, everything that comes out off his mouth is a lie. He took a settlement on my behalf without my knowledge, and when I confronted him, he produced fake documents and send them to me. Luckily I have everything saved. If you have used him in the past make sure to double check your settlement documents, they may be fake and he may have stolen money from you.
My husband chose him as his lawyer which he hardly had any communication about his case what so ever. Anytime we went to court he would talk to us right before we walked in to say OK this is whats gonna happen and whatever else. I honestly told my husband he needed to ask around somewhere else but he felt as if he could trust madj and he could NOT and I hope no one else gets done the way we did. Besides his lack of communication he led my husband to believe that he was signing something that he was not. He literally told my husband to sign up for some program that he would be home in a month and we had no clue but AFTER he signed what madj told him to he was sent to this program that is mandatory 9 months!! I may be confused but I thought as a lawyer you pay you are trusting them to at the least know what they are having you sign. And I've even called his office numerous times to give him a chance to even speak on what he did and I've sent texts and he has never even returned my phone calls so now I will write a review and hope that he takes no one else's money and leaves them stuck like he did us. We also Referred him to another person before we knew how this ended and he took their money as well and promised them something that they found out after wasn't even possible. We feel horribly about even speaking his name to then after finding out how our case ended and knowing that they were taken for a ride as well. I know nothing is for sure in these cases but just because you are a lawyer doesn't give you the right to use people that are in need of legal help and take advantage of them. Now we have wasted that money and hired another lawyer.... Dax from Blizzards law firm.... And all I can say is I hope and pray things end positively and also what a huge difference it's been talking to someone who actually returns phone calls and I can just tell what a difference their representation is going to be! Maybe he sees this and then tries to respond to speak on what he's done hopefully otherwise I would hope that no one else gets taken advantage of by him. I feel bad leaving this for everyone to read but it's not fair what he's done
Rumor has it he's a crook. We were with him for an accident claim and didn't hear from him for months, just to be told he was not able to represent our case anymore because he was losing his license to practice in Texas. No real communication, but he did seem like a nice guy.
