SO many things handled poorly and a year later still trying to get things straight. Please refuse to close with this group. -Did not receive check at the time of closing. -Buyer left with the keys and we left with nothing -Had to get special paperwork from our bank which we had to pay for. We were treated like we had done something wrong. -6 months later I received a call from a law firm in north Mississippi regarding a property I had NO connection with. They had my phone number. Moreno was the common denominator. No idea how that happened. -A year after closing I received the tax notice on the property we sold (which had never been connected with my address previously) to my address with the name of the LLC who bought the property. -Just called the Moreno group and they didn’t seem to know how to find the file to contact the owner even though they have closed multiple properties with this group. Please do not get involved with this firm.

Appalling customer service! Despite making three diligent attempts to reach them, leaving three detailed messages, and even managing to speak with their secretary once, all in regards to drafting an owner finance contract for my property in Wiggins, I received absolutely no response from them. This lack of communication has not only been frustrating but has also resulted in a complete waste of an entire week of my valuable time.
