The secretary (or whoever answered the phone) was very rude. She quickly assumed that my matter was a family matter and rudely replied they don't deal with that. All that without even giving me a chance to tell about my issue. Do not waste your time and find a law office where they will respect you especially considering you are paying them a lot of money.

Pat and her team went above and beyond on my case. Pat was very friendly and knowledgeable and worked toward a good settlement without having to go to trial, but I have full confidence in her ability if it had gone to trial. Five stars!

submitted an inquiry online for a consultation. got a response stating "we do not handle cases from your area". nnthis' frankly ridiculous. I'm 30 minutes away, in state, I would drive to their office to speak with them. Location has no bearing, they could refuse to work with me but refusing because of my "area" is absurd
