If you're an Electrician, avoid at all costs. First they were unable to pay the rate that we had agreed upon and caused so much gripe about $1 dollar that they had initially agreed to pay. After talking to other temps and even local companies, I was offered more for my amount of experience and when I brought the offers to Premier (Megan and Emily are the ladies names in the electrical department) they slandered and lied about every other temp saying "those other temps have no benefits, no paid time off, and no way to log your electrical hours." After calling and confirming that most of these companies do indeed have all of that and even more at regular companies such as tool buying programs and enrollment into trade school etc, to me there is no reason to stay if they are willing to lie through their teeth to try and make you stay. On top of that the things they do offer, such as PPE will not be brought to you when needed, if you're in Northern Colorado be prepared to wait several days for a pair of gloves which they will only give you one set at a time and they didn't even fit. When I told them I was moving on to work for a local company they were completely rude, I'll update my review to let you know how they will try and stiff you on your last paycheck according to other guys that have also worked for Premier.
I have been an electrical employee of Premium Group for the last five or six month. I have been on three different jobsites in that time. They have been very accommodating to my schedule and my busy life. They have made me feel, that as one of their employees i am their first responsibility. Whether it be my saftey, healthy, or even how far my commute is to the jobsite. I live in Bennett so I'm sure it has not been easy to make that happen but they do a great job. The staff checks on you weekly to make sure your jobsite is working out. They also make sure too ask what your weekend plans are and really seem interested in your life outside of work. I cannot say enough good things about toss company. If you are looking for a company that cares about you just wants to suceed, then go interview at Premier Group!nnI would like to add that you need to be hard-working, responsable for your own actions, and you have to communicate with them. So basically you have to act like an adult. I have worked as a foreman in the past. I had temp guys in the past and they were worthless. They never showed up on time. They always had to leave early. Or the were juat lazy. But they Premier Group guys i have worked with are not like that. We all treart it like a "normal" job. If you are lazy and can't show up on time then you may be treated differently. Just like any company.
Great group of people! Been busy ever since I started for them last year.
