I wouldn't recommend this agency. Poor communicators and not professional. I paid Ebony Lucas more than $1600 to execute an eviction process. She and her team were very responsive at the point of potential business. After my single payment in full, she gave me a court date and I didn't hear from anyone until more than a month late on the day of court. I called, text and email with questions because my tenant left before the eviction could occur. Ebony explains to me that the sheriff couldn't find the tenants and that we should just end the process. Well what did this company actually do? What were my options? Can I at least get my questions answered for $1600+?
