My experience with Packard Law Firm was exceptional from start to finish. The staff was kind, courteous, professional and empathetic to my claim. They stayed in constant contact with me through their app and phone updates when necessary. My lawyer had obviously done his homework and was extremely well prepared for the trial date. I recommend Packard Law Firm. They helped me with my disability case. They made paperwork easy and their app made sending/receiving updates and messages so very easy. They also sent me videos, they made themselves, explaining what the process is that helped me comprehend what would be taking place. I’m not really app savvy nor do I like to make a bunch of calls to an office but uploading files back and forth. Also, using the app to talk to my representative made everything run so smoothly and I got approved. Totally recommend Packard Law Firm!
