My experience working with the Sampson Law Firm was outstanding! They were extremely attentive to any concerns we had. Further, they walked us through the process we were undertaking which helped to set our expectations as to how things would proceed. We were very satisfied with the outcome achieved!
My experience with Sampson Law was absolutely amazing and I don’t say this lightly. My Mom was the victim of nursing home abuse and I sought out SLF. Mr. Sampson and his staff handled our complaint with compassion, honesty, and I consider them experts in abuse cases. The process takes time due to the defense dragging things out. I truly feel that we received the best possible settlement in this case. If you even suspect abuse, make an appointment to speak with Sampson Law Firm. I know my Mom would have been pleased with the outcome of of case.
Keith handled 2 different cases for me. Extremely happy with his effort and what he was able to get for me. I also referred 3 other people to Keith. Every time I had a question about anything he answered it quickly. Thanks again for the great service. Highly recommend Sampson Law Firm.
It was such a pleasure working with Mr. Sampson and his staff. They were very personable and professional. I was rewarded amicable compensation for my pain and suffering. Hopefully, I never get into another wreck but if I do; I will definitely use Mr. Sampson again.
Do not recommend. He completely dropped the ball on my workers comp case and social security disability. My accident at work involved a major OSHA violation and he said my statement would be turned into OSHA. Well when I learned it wasn't his reply was he thought my company's attorney was going to turn my statement into OSHA. I guess if my company's attorney was as negligent in his job as Jeff Sampson was he would have. What attorney is going to turn in paperwork for the opposing attorney. Then after firing him from my SSDI case after getting letters in the mail saying they couldn't get ahold of him and he wasn't turning in proper paperwork. I hired new representation and they found out for me that he never filed my SSDI appeal.
