Incompetent and unethical arbitrator whose work on my dissolution case was described as "sexist", "corrupt", "draconian", "lazy", and "lacking intellectual wherewithal" by other lawyers who reviewed his work. Again, notice the consistent theme of trying to justify ignoring or rejecting any nuance in the matter at hand, thereby allowing him to put in as little effort as possible in arriving at a verdict And the circumstantial evidence bears this out: he did not begin working on the verdict until three weeks after it was due, when he was clearly in "let's just get this over with" mode.
