I can only express my sincere gratitude to both Ben and Andrew for working on my case and for helping me resolve it in the best possible way. I was recommended Ben by another attorney who told me that if it was his family member, he would tell them to hire Ben because of how knowledgeable and professional Ben is in working on DUI cases. Since I had never had any experience with such cases and situations, I could only trust the opinion of that other lawyer, and I called Ben. Fortunately, he agreed to help me, and although I was living under a lot of burden thinking about my case for the whole 4 years that it dragged on, in the end, hiring Ben and later working with his partner Andrew proved to be the right decision. I have to admit that throughout all this time since my case started in 2020, I was a little concerned about how little communication I had with Ben (just a couple of phone calls and rare texts), but at some point I understood that he is the person who does things for his clients without necessarily talking much about what is being done. Ben never refused to answer my questions, but I realize now that I didn't understand a lot of things he did as my lawyer, so now I am just grateful that he did what he had to do because in the end it all mattered when his partner Andrew took over my case. Like Ben, he never failed.to answer any of my questions, especially when I had to make an important decision regarding the plea deal. In the very end, my charges were reduced to the minimum, and I had to only pay a fine. While I wasn't able to see Ben in court (but again very thankful to him for working on my case from the very beginning), I had a chance to witness Andrew there, and what I saw and heard made me feel better and less stressed. Both Ben and Andrew are very friendly, compassionate, sympathetic, and they never made me feel like I was being judged for what I did.
