Dan Terry is wonderful. His entire staff (especially Ginger!!) were so kind and patient with us while we navigated a very tricky real estate matter. They went above and beyond. There is no one like them!

Great attorney. Have worked with them a few times and they have been very communicative each time. That's what our real estate team (High performance real estate) appreciates the most. They also take our phone calls and answer our emails quickly.

Had to work with this firm - no choice since it was a corporate relocation. Would never want to work with such people again. Not focused at all on the customer's perspective. Run away from this team.

We reached out to the law firm to determine if we wanted to use them for the closing of our home purchase. We set up a meeting with One particular lawyer. After waiting almost an hour, they brought in a different attorney to give us information. She proceeded to explain what we would need to do buying a home FSBO. While explaining everything to us, she said we could call and ask her questions about the sale of our home if any problems arose. She did not mention this was an additional charge. We had 2 questions that we wanted some guidance on, but it took over 4 hours one time and over 8 hours another time to hear back from the lawyer. So, we made the decision on our own without her help. Closing day comes and we sign all the papers. She tells us right before we left that she will send us an invoice for $400 since we consulted with her on the sale of our home. The communication was a problem from the very beginning. We were passed around through 3 different lawyers. We had no clue who to contact at some points in the process. And now I’m stuck with a bill of $400 that I received no work for. They received a good amount of money doing the close of the home. Now they want more. I gave them 2 stars because I know they were busy with a lot of closings during this time.

Having been a part of well over 300 Real Estate transactions I can honestly tell you there's not a better Law Firm out there. Everyone in the organization will go above and beyond to make sure there is someone there to help you if needed. So far in my tenure I can honestly say it's the only law firm I feel 100% confident in their title review and overall examination of closing documents. To top it all off they're simply all around wonderful people. Keep up the great work!!
