Mr Walker and his firm has been a blessing to my family. I got seriously injured on the job. And my Mortgage Company would not listen or help us. Just threatening letters and calls. But thanks to Mr Walker he took over and helped with them. I would highly recommend this law firm. As the care and personal feel the apply to there clients is above and beyond.
Called Mr. Walker he gave me a free consultation which 99% of attorneys now days dont do. He would now take my money just all around amazing attorney. If you have any legal issues he is the guy to talk to. Really honest and helpful god bless you.
Wonderful experience with this firm. Mr. Walker handled my car accident and helped me through the entire process. I highly recommend him as an attorney for any type of accident. He and his staff are very knowledgeable.
Great personal injury attorney. Both Foye and his wife are very compassionate and caring people. Foye Walker will actually talk to you. He does not make his assistant do all the work for him like most attorneys I have encountered.
My husband and I fell into debt which started in 2015 when my husband ended up with cancer and just couldn't dig our way out. At the beginning of 2017(Income tax time) the office received all monies up front before representing my husband and I. They gave us paper work to fill out, which some of it was confusing to both of us. We constantly asked for help. My husband even requested to speak to Walker on multiple occasions but he was always busy, out of town, and when I finally got ahold of him at home, he refused to take any time because it was Sunday but was too busy to call me back the next day. At different points the reception was going to help, then his wife was going to contact us on different occasions. Then we got to a point our case was at a standstill (Walker was then facing medical issues of his own, so no one else apparently could take over his case load??). We were told that since our case was started, that if debt collection contacted us to direct them to Walkers office, we even gave his office notices to appear in court for debt and judgements against my husband for said debt. We were constantly told it would be handled. April or May of 2018 our bankruptcy case was finally settled. My husband is also disabled, they have handicapped parking and entrance on the same side for handicapped in back, even when knowing my husband was stopping in, the receptionist kept that door locked and had him use the front steps to come in (which was painful for him and he told her so each time). Walker is also not the person who went to court/mediation with us. It was a man we hadn't heard of or who knew our case until a couple of days before. We were given an outdated photo and name of who to look for when we arrived to court/mediation. Thankfully he had a copy of our license and knew who to look for. When a lawyer represents you, he should be with you the whole way (especially when paying $1,700).
