The Windsor Companies

I had this company replace my main drain pipe over last year. I am having the same issues again. Sewer is backing up again. The company gave us warranty for their work unfortunately, now they can not honor their warranty. Its a new business name. I paid over $5K and now I am stuck with the same problem. Folks be careful.

Update: May 2022. After what i thought was a terrific job well done, time has passed & it is leaking. It is ruining our driveway. I have tried multiple times to get a hold of them but they have gone out of business. We are left to now hire another company and pay again for a job that should have been done right! I am disabled and my husband is a mail carrier & we don't have the funds to do this. I called the parent company Windsor & sent many letters & emails & they refuse to answer or help. So please steer clear of WINDSOR COMPANIES! THIS IS MY INITIAL REVIEW: I can't give enough praise to Jeremy & his crew for the awesome job they did installing the plumbing sump pump & drain spout lines under the sidewalk to the street. I had all ready had 4 other estimates. No other company came close to the price or kind, caring & professional attitude Jeremy & his crew had towards me & my husband. I was overwhelmed with how deeply they care about their customers. Jody also was so very sweet with helping me with the paperwork and payment. The quality and workmanship they did was by far beyond what I ever expected. Jeremy made sure every detail was attended to and the he & Brandon and Brandon are the hardest workers you will ever see! They also were so prompt and courteous & so kind. I highly recommend The Windsor Companies for any job you might have...the whole team will exceed your expectations & I look forward to working with them again for other projects!

Very happy with the service we received from The Windsor Companies. We interviewed over 8 different roofing companies. Many inflated not only cost but work that needed to be done. We found Grant at Windsor to be a honest and straight shooter. He even came out to walk the roof with our adjuster. While insurance didn't cover more than a few hundred dollars of the total cost, Windsor gave us a competitive bid and stuck to their promised timeline. They were in and out in two days. Roof looks fabulous. Our newly replaced skylight is awesome. Everything was put back the way they found it with perfect clean-up. Absolutely nothing was left from the mess. They walked the perimeter multiple multiple times to pick up nails (much appreciated) and came back today to fix a board that needed some paint touch up and caulking. Such a professional and nice crew. I would 100% recommend them to anyone.

No service after the sale. The roof looks horrible. Should have went with able.

It's been over 2 years now, and to this day I keep thanking Ray and his team for the wonderful work. They replaced my roof. Ray was professional from the beginning, and throughout the process. He made me feel empowered, giving me choices and explaining them along the way. The price was better than expected, the communication and organization of the project was managed very well, and the workmanship of the job was the best in the area (aside from my neighbor, who gave me the recommendation). If you need help with any of your roofing needs. You should seriously consider this company, if you want to see a job done right. The roof was replaced in one day, clean up was spotless (no lingering nails on the road), and the workers were very courteous. Recently I recommended this company to a family member with a leak. The report I got from my family was that Ray came out that day to assess, and was able to fix the problem on the spot. Again, he was very timely (beat he rain), very courteous, and complete. Professionalism needs recognition when it's seen. Thank you!
