I have known and respected Zack for 45 years, not just for his great taste in music, but for being a genuinely decent human and an excellent lawyer. When I was an elected official and was being harassed by a rich and powerful bully and his high-dollar San Francisco lawyers, Zach was right there for me and shut them down. He has always been involved in important community issues, from defending indigenous people’s rights to supporting grass roots environmental organizations, with pro bono donations of his valuable time. He was a Footling Breech, that I helped deliver in an emergency situation.
