One of my worst experiences in searching for employment. You would think they'd never seen a functional or freelance resume before! Each time I saw something posted for which I would qualify, I applied, but never had any results. Finally, I received a form note that said, "We have your resume, you don't need to send it again." Well, a) I certainly couldn't expect that out of the thousands of CVs they receive, they would remember mine when something came up; and b) they wouldn't realize I was interested in a particular job unless I applied for it.Then the principal wrote to me and said "It's too hard to understand your resume; don't send another." Most people think my resume is among the most interesting, diverse, and impressive they've ever seen.I wouldn't recommend this service to anyone in his/her right mind.
