Horrible experience with this attorney! He Will paint a pretty picture at the beginning, you will pay your dues, then you won’t hear from him. Will take days or weeks to return phone calls. I knew I had a mediation scheduled weeks before he reached out to me to tell me about the mediation. Then he wasn’t prepared for mediation. I felt like I was by myself during that meeting. The list goes on, but I don’t want to spend any more time on this man. Don’t waste your money. At the end of the day, I didn’t get ANY of the things he said I would get. However, his assistant Ivy was great! Sweet lady; always there to answer your questions. I would’ve much rather given her my money than to the attorney himself!

He is a thief. Takes your money and disappears. I agree with previous review that he paints a pretty picture but doesn’t deliver. Run as fast as you can. I should report him to the board.

I highly recommend the Law Offices of KTimothy Terry. I had a consultation with Mr Terry in regards to my divorce. Immediately I knew that if I ended up needed help with my divorce I would hire him. He was very caring and compassionate and knowledgeable about my case. He gave me the advice to try to settle out of family court (4 very young children) but unfortunately my ex husband wanted a fight so to court we went. My main focus was to keep my children’s lives as stable as possible, with me being a stay at home mom for all their lives. Mr Terry was able to accomplish that and more. Child custody was in our favor as well as child support and alimony. Also, half of his Pension Plan and a portion of his retirement account was granted to me. I will forever be grateful for Mr Terry and his staff; their work ethic is exceptional. I highly recommend him for his knowledge, professionalism, responsiveness and his caring and compassionate demeanor. He truly cares about his clients!
