On November 2nd 2023 I called around 3:20. I never in my life had a receptionist as rude as the lady who answered the telephone EVER!!!!!!!! I WAS REFERRED TO MELISSA OWEN BY ANOTHER ATTORNEY. She( rude receptionist)proceeded to tell me she's in a meeting. And then goes totally quite on the phone/so I'm waiting to see if she's going to gather my information. I said hello like six times to see if she was going to say something else. No she just stayed on the phone with heavy breathing. I can just imagine how many people she done did this to. Side note the one star is towards the receptionist not the ATTORNEYS/ didn't even get a chance to speak to them thanks to her.

Any good PI firm understands the importance of a good intake team. I just had the worst call with their intake person in Chapel Hill. She was short and rude. They will not be taking my case
