Rich Johnston told me and my HOA Board that my neighbor can continue to harass me on a nearly daily basis because of neighbor's "First Amendment Rights". Our nuisance clause applies to our homes AND the common grounds!!! Our Board members didn't say one word! So, I am stuck with this neighbor harassing me almost daily. I tried to get a protection order. The judge denied since neighbor has not hurt me & is only "annoying me".

I have never been a client of Mr. Tobey. However I have had the privilege of watching him work in court for years. He and I have very similar practices, and I know firsthand that he takes very good care of his clients. I have witnessed it letter, verse, and details galore. People who hire lawyers can be in a very bad place, and occasionally they have placed themselves in that very bad place through the fault of no one else. And they love to blame their lawyer when Jesus himself doesn't show up in court to rescue them from their crime(s) which might be on audio and video by the way. Everybody who practices law gets bad reviews, or else they pay expensive I.T. tech marketing firms to advise them on how to bury bad reviews. Make an appointment to meet with Mr. Tobey in person, and I am confident you will see when I have seen in him from years. There are really not any lawyers who charge any legal fee for the introductory first meeting.

This legal team is very unprofessional as collectors. Especially Mr Johnson he was extremely rude and condescending while handling business for PCMS
