Do NOT recommend his services! We spent 15 minutes on the phone back in November, paid our 8k retainer and waited 4 months to find out he'd done absolutely nothing with our case. We made several attempts to communicate with him regarding the status of our case or if he needed any additional information as we had barely talked on the phone but received NOTHING. His secretary just puts our email printed on his desk and says "he'll get back to us". We asked for a full refund but was still charged for the 15 minute "consult" we did back in November. He should be paying us for wasting our time.

Fantastic lawyers. Both Bob and Andrew helped me through my case and got me an incredible deal. They got the suspension on my license (for refusing a chemical test) completely removed. Bob is a former Athens prosecutor and is very qualified, and Andrew was very knowledgeable and went and negotiated a deal with the prosecutor extremely quickly to get me off as well as get me driving again two weeks after my arrest. Bob and Andrew always responded to my calls and messages in a very timely manner and had answers to all of the questions I had. Bob also would crack jokes and make me feel completely at ease about my case whenever we talked. They are not the cheapest, but if you need a lawyer in Athens this is who you need to go to.

Had another lawyer I didn’t talk to for two weeks, got on the phone with Bob Toy in 2 minutes and I’m already feeling better!!

He's an outstandingly horrible person, a complete scumbag.
