I had used them one other time and had found them to be professional and responsive. I contacted them more than a week ago now and was told I would be receiving a text or an email in order to pay my retainer. I never received anything. I have called and left messages repeatedly. I have utilized their text communication on their web site and have not received any response. If you have anything that requires matters to be handled in a timely manner or with the professionalism of returning a phone call, you may want to look for a different attorney. This is an edit to my original post. After posting my review, I read additional reviews. I did see other people that had the same issue that I am having. What is unfortunate is that the response to those other people from this attorney's office read as though they were making excuses, using sarcasm, and ultimately blaming the potential client. Not professional at all.
