I have deep gratitude for Anne Tressler, Esq. and Tressler Law Firm in the representation of my divorce settlement. Anne provided me with so much strength and confidence throughout the process. She was extremely kind and compassionate toward me. She never made me feel embarrassed for asking questions. I was able to devote energy to healing and recovery from my divorce, because I knew she always had my back. She made me smile and laugh on my worst days. I’m extremely pleased with the outcome of my settlement. Anne’s incredible expertise and persistent, never ending hard work are so deeply appreciated. I will be forever grateful to Anne and Tressler Law firm. Every staff member and supporting attorney showed me kindness, compassion, and dignity. Tressler law firm is truly an extraordinary firm!
After my ex-husband passed away that I had to go back to my divorce decree. I had impression that my own lawyer pushed me to settlement but now I see how bad my lawyer made the divorce agreement that is not good for me and it is avast me that gave most beneficial part I could not do much and my ex had so much control after divorce because of it. All lawyers in that firm including Ann, are not capable to go detail and make sure all the name and case but they are charging for documents and sign. They are damaging my agreements that I lost higher number of benefits that I can not believe my ex could do. I do not recommend single person in that firm for that. You will lose money and they don’t care of your family or life you could protected. They also bully you if you questioning or disagreeing their work.
My eventual ex spouse retained Rachel Kula from this office. From the first Contact from Rachel, the entire process has been needlessly aggressive and antagonistic. While I continue to make good faith attempts to reach a settlement, Ms. Kula does nothing but lie, leverage false accusations, and needlessly does everything to delay the proceedings that their client initiated. In the end, all this does is cost everybody involved a lot of money in legal fees. This is not the attorney that you want representing you in a divorce case. She puts her own emotions above the needs of her client and refuses to conduct herself in a rational, ethical, and professional manner. To directly quote her from a letter to my attorney, " You know as well as I do that our evidence doesn't need to be perfect to prevail in court" ... I think that says all anybody needs to know about her competence in the courtroom.
My experience was extremely disappointing, confrontational, and draining. I felt like I've been lied to by the lawyer. After 4 days, 1 meeting, 1 document I didn't ask for, 4 emails arguing about the document, I was done. They charged me $900 for work I did not want or ask for. Do not believe radio adds, because I'm my opinion they did not care about my case, just my money. It is my opinion that this is one of those firms that make you cringe when you think of lawyers.
Tressler Law Firm is after your money, and only your money. They do not care how much they charge you, even though they have full transparency of your bank accounts. I ended up giving up things I should have fought for because there was no more money to pay this firm. I did not want to go into debt to get divorced. I absolutely do not recommend Tressler Law. Seek information from 4-5 lawyers before choosing.
