They also have In-house patent search facility on EAST database (Used by the patent examiners) which can be accessed once getting the required approvals.

It was a nice experience seeing the building and exploring but trying to get stuff done was a pain. No one knows where things are located. Security is SLOW. And the receptionists answer you with one word....
