It didn't give us our lives back orrl the hopes to have more children but it gave justice and kept the device from ever being used again. . .

Ashley and Jamie at Unglesby Law Firm have been absolutely amazing throughout the entire Essure lawsuit. They always provided great information and answered every email I sent. Going through the Essure nightmare was truly one of the worst times in my life, I’m thankful I had the people at Unglesby to fight for me and to be by my side. Louis Ungleby is the most disrespectful human being I have ever come in contact with. He got on the phone as if we knew each other yelling and screaming due to the fact I called too many times because I never received a call back (3 times) leaving messages . Communication of the employees was also terrible and I did better handling my settlement on my own I wish I NEVER would have been referred here . I wasted a year waiting on this law firm to settle my case and instead of him helping resolved the issue he talked to me as if I was worthless trash on the phone due to the fact that I had had questions. I wouldn’t refer any human being who desires desires commitment, respect, and hard work to occur.

I am very greatfull for Amy and Jamie for representing me from miles away I am in Indiana they both did the most amazing work they always answered any and all questions fast responce time Amy and Jamie are very dedicated to there clients they definitely had there work cut out for them on this lawsuit! While I feel the firm did what they were supposed to do, as this was a long drawn out 5 year case, I do feel as though they are lining their pockets with no real consideration to the pain and suffering Essure victims have gone through. 40% of my settlement went to them, let’s just say they walked away with more money than I did, and I’m the one who had to have a majorly surgery at 26, that most women don’t or should have to have till they are 40+
