I have an important package from uscis mail to me. I had moved and filed a forwarding address. All my mail was coming to my new address with no problem. This particular package didn't make to my new address. I found this undisciplined action was very unfair. I went to my local usps and asked to speak to a manager. I told him about the situation and he said he would have someone go back to the mailbox to check to see if the package remain there. He actually took my name and cell number with my tracking number to contact after. Of course nobody call me,so i went back ,i told to another gentleman and he said my package wouldn't be at the location. He also said after week if the return back to them,they usually send it back to where it came from. So i lost my package and now i going to hold usps a countable for a refund. It is completely thier fault. They are not doing very good job. ORLANDO USPS Hunters Creek area.

Mailed a Two day Priority Mail over a week ago, package still "in transit", no one knows where it is. Pathetic. Only the government can get away with this kind of BS.

I was sending out orders for customers and all 3 packages (going to 3 different locations) did not arrive. Now I have to refill the custom orders and pay to mail them AGAIN. I have never had this issue at any other location besides L’enfant. Will not being going back.

The US Postal service are absolutely incompetent, useless! Disgraceful agency why bother ,your better off using FedEx or UPS!

Friendly staff but last minute hike in price. I sent a package to Idaho with a clock in it. I packaged it well to avoid a mishap, but the weight was only 1.5 lb (as the clock was very light). I was ready to pay the $20.00 and then she slapped an additional $18.00 up-charge at the last minute because of the size of the box ?? I know that over-sized boxes get treated that way, but this box was not large. She was kinda sheepish in her response, because I was nice about it and probably... because of the way she handled the transaction. She was not up-front right away. It was a supreme rip-off. I was stuck, and I waited for 25 minutes before being served. This package needed to go out that day. Not good, and I will always pre-print a label from now on.
