Us Postal Service Law Dept

Hey I tried calling you guys and cannot reach you but I have two packages with you guys they are suite cases and one of them is Green with a Wisconsin state on the side and another one is Red with black lining and one of the wheel is chewed ... I track my packages here and I shipped them last week and it’s almost been two weeks and I haven’t received them both of them suite cases had stuff combined worth over $4,000 .... if my luggage’s aren’t found and shipped to me I will have to request a full refund for the full amount if not then we’ll have court decide.
