We used Valocchi & Fischer for a real estate settlement. They missed the fact that the previous property owner was behind on a bill with the city. Once I discovered the problem I can't get them to return my calls about how to fix the problem. It has now been over two months of calling/emailing and they still won't deal with the problem.
