If I could give you a 0 I would, my original debt for a car accident was 11k, after paying on it for more than 5 years, they have the nerve to say I still owe almost 8k on, it you can keep my license, I don’t know how your company can defraud hard working people out of their hard earned money and get away with it, your lawyers are more crooked than the actual criminals, how y'all sleep at night is beyond me, there’s a special place in hell for people like you guys. It’s 100% correct when people here say the debt never goes down.

Horrible company. The debt you’re making payments on will never go down. Not to mention they will suspend your license if you’re just a few days late. They would even let you make a payment only for you to find out that they had already suspended your license and you need to pay them even more money so that they can give you the clearance to get your license back

I totally agree with these people. They send me a letter and tell me that I have 14 days to accept. I send them an email, I call them, I leave voice messages and no one answers, no one gives an answer to anything.

Absolutely disgusted in the treatment that I have received every time I have called. I call with simple questions regarding my bfs garnishment from a medical bill and they are so rude!!! I first got cut off and transferred before I even finished my sentence, then because my boyfriend switched jobs I asked if he could send payments in and she says if it’s in garnishment we dint’t accept payments only through the garnisher!!!!! Aren’t you basically the garnishee at this point? To avoid having to pay more lawyer fees due to having to serve his new job we wanted to send in a few payments (he only owes 1000 out of 4000 now) she said we can’t and transferred me for the third time to the garnishment department… this is absolutely ridiculous that they won’t allow you to send payments in and just want to garnish you again at a new job! GROSS. I’d give zero stars if I could

If I could rate these people lower I would. They are definitely ambulance chasers. I've had to make multiple court cases against them because they stole my money and once a judge ordered for them to give it back they still haven't. Even with this pandemic happening and loosing my job and having 4 kids they still will not give me my money. Now tomorrow 3/26/2020 I have to make another court date so they can release the funds. These people have NO heart at all. EDWARD BUTLER was the worst one!!!
