Hiring Brad as my attorney was the best decision I have ever made. It was a process getting my driver's license restored but he led me through it entirely with great communication along the way!
I echo similar posts and give Mr. Marshall 10/10. He and his assistant provided excellent guidance and clear step by step instructions. He was able to get a reckless driving ticket dismissed completely with no DMV points or fine. Just the court fee! I hope to never have this situation again but if I do I’m using Brad.

Mr. Marshall was incredibly professional and made this process very quick and pain free. I was able to get my ticket dismissed thanks to the advice given and work done. Bradley Marshall is an outstanding attorney who I highly recommend! Several months ago, I had a car accident because of a mechanical breakdown in my vehicle. I was unable to prevent a collision with several other cars. Unfortunately, I was charged with a reckless. I retained Attorney Marshall as I did not want a reckless on my driving record. Attorney Marshall was phenomenal from the start! He guided me every step of the way, explaining every detail and what to expect. The car manufacturer did an investigation and evaluation of my vehicle and Attorney Marshall reviewed and interpreted all data and communication from them. He researched other similar accidents and was very familiar with these reported cases. He was always quick to respond to my calls and emails. What was extremely important to me was his kindness, compassion, and ongoing support. He stated that his goal was for me to not be charged with anything. He succeeded! So now after over 50 years of driving I continue to have a clean driving record! Attorney Marshall is the best!
