These people are these THEIVES. Sad, just as I thought when I read the reviews. They set up a payment plan, then make it seem as if you're done paying, then they take every penny in your bank account! I never signed an agreement or anything. Straight Snake in a mens clothing. This is what happens when you try to do the right thing. People are discusting!

I find it very funny how this company doesn't even send updated notices they told me the last notice they sent to me was the worng address in 2020 then i moved and then i got served papers. There was no notice or anything now i try to pay them and no one can take my payment until 930 am what a joke sure were fast to try and sue me though

You send back paperwork to them and they claim they didn't receive it. Coming certified mail this time.

I am a person who had an issue/problem with a company back east. V & J bought or acquired the debt from the corporation I had the issue with. Regardless of the issue, reason, and/or justification of why I did or did not pay the original creditor... V&J was reasonable and accurate with my payments and record of account on our agreed upon settlement amount. I do not have any complaint against this collection company, they have been fair, not bothered me, nor caused me anymore problems and/or issues regarding my negotiated debt.

This company is the worst. They dont follow through with their word. They make illegal claims and never do as they say. Not sure why the BBB hasnt closed this company yet
