Law Assistant's/front desk/secretaries absolutely unprofessional. Can't find cases their attorney closed and do not even know how to answer simple questions like court cost and when they are supposed to be paid by. Instead of placing me on hold to ask someone who may know she tells me she doesn't know. She ended up asking the coworker and the coworker tell me to pay it ASAP as if I don't already know that myself. I was very direct in needing an answer so she tells me I don't need to be rude to her. I explained I wasn't being rude but direct because she wasn't answering my question. Found out it was because they took weeks to notify me that my case was closed and court costs need to be paid. I reached out to the clerk of court and she answered my question right away and gave me the correct information. Vasquez' employees didn't even instruct or inform me properly. They clearly need additional training.

My husbands family hired this lawyer and they charged him 20 thousand for the case first the lawyer only saw my husband once, to be honest they didn’t do anything my husbands case is was federal they knew and never said anything until my husband went to court and the lawyer wasn’t there anyway I had to call them several times to see how the case was going sometimes. they returned the call other times. this is a bad lawyer they just keep the money and don’t do anything with the case since they knew the case was federal but they still take the case as state case and kept the money.
