An initial consultation with Attorney Ty Smith convinced me she was the right person for the case because, instead of trying to steer me in an unwarranted direction, she listened carefully and understood the issues of the case. And she agreed to fight for my position! I retained her services the very next day and she immediately went into action. Within hours, we got a favorable response to her pleading.
