Best first time experience ever! Had gotten backed into less than 9 months ago and not only was I able to get my vehicle repaired, but I received a medical evaluation plus I received my settlement check already! Great teamwork from everyone including staff from San Antonio, Laredo and Brownsville. I am really glad there was no lack of communication amongst any of us and getting a hold of someone was easy. First let me say that this is a real review from a client that just recently had a serious MVA case settled. The professionalism and efficiency during the process at first, I had some doubts as this was my very first lawsuit. I wasn't sure what my options were. At times felt lost and confused. Felt ignored and pushed to the side. My case is ongoing but the process has not been good. I get the same excuses to my questions. My case manager takes days to response to my emails and messages through their portal system. I feel like a number to them. They did not listen to my concerns regarding my treatment. They took forever to approve doctor's order if they even did.
