Did all the paperwork work went to turn it in and was verry uncomfortable the place was not inviting or professional ???? once paperwork was turned in never heard anything back

To begin I feel that Vincent was very much helpful with answering questions I had pertaining to my case. However, Joshua Eldenbrady was assigned to my case. I honestly don’t even know where to start, but for one I would highly not recommend getting Joshua as your attorney he is very inconsistent, inconsiderate, unprofessional, and seems like he’s all for the opponent instead of his client. This case has been ongoing for about a year now and within that time span Joshua has low balled me in favor of the other party. I did not receive all of the money I was supposed to receive. I was told by Joshua himself that I would receive interest on top of what I was receiving, but in court he turned into a completely different person and started working in the other parties favor. He first told me $1,000 and be done with the case I didn’t feel that was a fair amount due to the amount of damages my car sustained. Then he went from $2,500-$3,000 and made excuses to why I should keep it at that price and how he practically didn’t have time to continue going back and forth with this case, when your getting paid to serve me and be my mouthpiece. When we sat in front of the judge he whispered in my ear telling me that I should just do $4,500 and be done with the case but I didn’t feel complete, being low balled when my car sustained damages that were more than $4,500 not only that the time I lost without having a running vehicle, not being able to get to work, not being able to take my son places and etc. Lastly, Joshua went months without updating me about my case when I contacted him I’ll never hear back from him unless I contacted the law firm and schedule an appointment. Me being your client I should never have to continuously call the law firm to speak with you. Fast forward to my court hearings he would never give me the dates or times until the day of the hearing or day before the hearing. I hope to never have to endure this experience again with an attorney.

I spoke to Carlson at 4:45pm on Wednesday and hired him for $500 cash for a bankruptcy. He stated "$350 of this fee is the Court filing fee, $150 is for my initial consultation your balance for my fee is billed in monthly payments " At 9am Thursday morning I arrived in his office and informed him I had decided overnight to not bankrupt these debts. Carlson kept my entire $500 in cash after multiple attempts to get him to keep his fee and not steal the filing fee. Carlson is a lawyer that gives the rest of the profession a good name. Hire him at your peril

They were very good with helping my elderly father through his bankruptcy and divorce, patient and accommodating. Highly recommend this agency. Carlson and his team are great people.
