Staff from Vogel Law recently assisted Minn-Kota PAAWS with the process of transitioning our Non-Profit from one state to another. I came to Vogel law firm begging for help in a landlord tenant dispute. I was told that they only represent landlords or property management companies but not tenants. So they only represent the bigger of the 2, with the deepest pockets? They refuse to help the little guy in any way? Isn't that was attorneys are supposed to do - help the little guy fight back? I always thought they were supposed to represent the person in need of assistance? Very unethical practice if you ask me.
They only care about money. They hangup the call on me as well which is so childish imo. Don't waste your time here. They told me to talk to AG! lmao. If I wanted to complain I could do that without asking you! I would not recommend. Signs on the wall
We tried to resolve a legal dispute on our own for well over a year. The individual we were dealing with was, what we would describe as, “impossible,” and was trying to strong-arm us the entire time. It became evident there would be no compromising with this individual, and we thought we were in for a lengthy court battle. We knew we needed to find the best lawyer - or lawyers - in the state. Enter Joshua Swanson and Jack Buck with Vogel Law Firm. They were both extremely knowledgeable and guided us every step of the way. They listened to what we had hoped the outcome would be and gave us their expert opinions. We placed our trust in them, and they did not lead us astray. Once we had Joshua and Jack in our corner, the tables had turned. The once “impossible” individual who thought he could strong-arm us, was no more. Thanks to Joshua and Jack, we then felt we had the upper hand. They took on this "impossible" individual and his attorney with ease, and they were able to get the case settled out of court. Best of all, it was settled for what this "impossible" individual said he'd never agree to, and it was the outcome we hoped for. Hopefully, we will never need legal representation again, but if we do, Joshua and Jack will, without any hesitation, be our "go to" attorneys.
