Incompetence....thy name is William Arroyo. I was the defendant and he was representing the plaintiff! He made it clear he didn't want to be there, he told his client what to say, filled out paperwork (incorrectly) and left before we went in front of the judge. The paperwork was so incompetently filled out that I had to get a blank form and correct his mistakes! And I was the defendant!!! Spend your money elsewhere...

An excellent attorney for all those normal things in life that need an attorney. If he can't handle it, then he will send you to the right person. Also fluent in Spanish.
