I did a chat with them, I was actually looking for the number in the city of San Clemente to call if someone is abusing the Handicap parking. There no number on the sign it just says that you can get a fine of $250. It would be useful if there was a number to call if someone is being a loser. Sometimes people are too lazy to walk across a street to go play tennis so they park in the fire lane or Handicap spot. NOT OK. Even though they had no number for me, Stephanie was nice and helpful. Dan Danet truly saved our family in a time of need. He was the most professional and yet the most easiest person to talk to about handling our case.
