We used Walsh, Colucci, Lubeley & Walsh law firm to setup our much needed legal documents for our family. Mr. Charles E. McWilliams, Jr. (Chuck) walked us through the pros and cons of the different documents we were seeking to establish. He explained in great detail (yet simple terms) the process to establish our living trust, wills, medical directives and other critical documents that everyone should establish. Mr. McWilliams made himself available to meet with us on our terms and answered each of our countless questions so we were comfortable in our decisions. He worked to tailor specific language in our documents to express our wishes. He and his staff made the process very simple and worked to ensure we were satisfied with the result. In the end, we have all of our personal and family documents setup, are extremely satisfied with the service from Mr. McWilliams and his staff, and are confident that we have a sound legal framework to fulfill our wishes instead of leaving it to the state or others.
