Received a letter from this firm giving condolences about the death a a person very close to me that I have not contact with for a year or two. To find the person handling the estate. I could not find evidence of passing, although I was told they have a death certificate, then to tell me I can be no help because I am not handling the Estate. The heartbreak was unimaginable, could not be consoled. HE DID NOT DIE! The tactics they used are beyond belief.

DO NOT WORK HERE. Unless you like clueless management who spend all day smoking and barking orders via email. HR who might be even more clueless. A frustrating work environment where people are let go left and right. Terrible insurance Terrible pay Terrible "discounted" parking Worst place I have ever worked in the short amount of time I spent there.

Human beings mean nothing to this agency.
