Everything changed with my accident. For weeks we didn’t know how my giant medical bills would get paid. The hospital wanted to be paid but it was really confusing trying to sort it out while having to go back and forth for hospital stays. Had an accident in the summer and there was a great team effort to get the case concluded within a year of the accident. Paul met me at my home when I was having trouble getting out and about. We then waited to see how the injury would affect me and my family. There was some bad news. Needed surgery. Their legal team made sure there was proper coordination of no fault vs health insurance and that health insurance wouldn’t try to take my settlement from the at fault driver. Paul involved his partner Dave who used to be an insurance company lawyer for insight on how to best approach the case. They developed a clear understanding of exactly what me and my family were losing because of the accident. There was another visit to my home for Paul to get photos of my scar. Not long after they sent the photos and my medical records to the at fault driver’s insurance company, they paid the entire amount available on that driver’s policy. Paul made three trips to my home and then my case was concluded before the 1 year anniversary. Very happy.
