Extremely unsatisfactory experience. I will just share my story and people can decide whether I am right. My case got assigned to this attorney on a Friday. Staff told me three business days to send me email and schedule a phone call with the lawyer. Three days later nothing at all. So I called again and another staff told me that one girl left so everything is disorganized. I can understand, another few days and finally schedule me a phone call on a Tuesday (already 10 days from initial call) at 3pm. I waited until 5 pm and in the meantime I called and emailed. They just let me wait the lawyer to call me. But no call at all eventually. No respect to me at all.

Do NOT use. Save yourself the trouble and money. They do not have it together and don’t have any plans for their clients to win their cases. Even if they do you would never know it. Communication is non-existent. If you want a horrible legal Experience in an already difficult situation because they will keep you in the dark about your case, your options, what’s the best way to proceed then sure go with them. For example I had Questions that could easily be answered in a 2 min phone call with the lead attorney. However the attorney instead insisted on having me call his overwhelmed assistant. (Because his legal assistant is doing his job) of course she’s busy then my calls and messages get passed to other assistants and attorneys. Then I come to find out you are charged for 4 different people working when it could have simply been one. They clearly try to bill as many hours and have as many ppl work on the simplest of tasks. I regret ever trusting my most important issue of Family. I really wished someone warned me if their horrible practices and will definitely be reaching out to the bar. This is why I’m writing this review. I wish I had seen one like mine which would have helped instead of only seeing the positive reviews from their friends. They treat their clients like ATMS instead of their partners in cases. They don’t explain anything, probably because they are doing nothing but expect a large bill. That’s the only thing they do care about and that’s money. The assistants are very nice and the associate there was also but the lead attorneys think they are too good for any type of work. They throw their work on to overworked assistants and associates and don’t know what is going on. There was constant miscommunication and it’s all being done using your wallet. Please do not use. Maybe they were a decent firm at one point but trust me not anymore. You will regret hiring them. It is unfortunate for the kind employees there but the lawyer is not worth the time or money.

My experience with Art Treviso and his firm was amazing. The outcome of my case was above and beyond what I expected. They helped me win a case that I did not know had merits. I'm very impressed with their presence, knowledge and experience. Having a great team is the most important step to winning the case . This firm has been in business in Orange County for years & definitely knows everyone. Stepping into the court where your Lawyer already had experience with the people in session definitely give you the advantage . I'm very happy with the process from start to finish. I would be more then happy to refer all my friends, bussiness partners & family to your firm because I know they will be in good hands.

Incredible attorneys and staff I am so glad that I found them I wouldn't go anywhere else. They took every caution and care with everything that I needed and put me at ease.
