Mr. White and his team were informative and understanding. They made this aggravating situation for us much easier to deal with. Hopefully I will not need another attorney anytime soon, but if I do it will definitely be Woody White and team! Thank you.

My case was handled professionally and promptly. John Phillips was such an amazing attorney to have in my corner. He was polite, understanding and informative. I appreciated everything about this law firm. The front desk representatives were always polite and positive. I never had to wait for a response, and everyone involved was helpful! I'm sure Mr. White is a stand up guy however the people that work in his office are anything but helpful. I called to inquire about Mr. White after he was recommended to me by 2 different attorneys in town and they treated me very disrespectfully. The secretary (Leslie is her name) that answered the phone after explaining my case said they do not "take these type of cases" which didn't make any sense to me since 2 of the biggest lawyers in town told me he's the only attorney they knew with experience handling my case. None the less, I told Ms. Leslie maybe I didn't explain my case clearly, is there anyway I could talk to Mr. White to further explain myself and that's when everything went downhill. She said he was out of town for a few days and won't be back until next week, she tried to end the phone call and again I asked her politely can I schedule a consultation and she snapped at me saying "ITS 450$, sooo uhh yeah" and I told her instantly that's not an issue. She was shocked at reply and said " hold on lemme check something." Several minutes later Leslie gets back on the line and almost sounded excited to tell me that Mr. White will be gone for a few weeks now, which also didn't make any sense since the same person just told me he won't be back until next week. I asked to book with one of his associates and then tells me, "even if you book a consultation we're still not going to help you, we don't handle these cases." I then asked for a recommendation for an attorney who does handle "these types of cases" and she replied with hostility "No one does, or at least we don't know who does." At this point it felt like i was fighting a lost cause, I thanked leslie for the time and ended the call. It feels like the office cherry picks and will only take cases they know are easy or can make money maybe, who knows? And even if they truly don't handle cases like mine anymore, Leslie and Mr. Whites associates who are covering for him should learn how to explain it to people better than just trying to end the phone call, intimidate me with financial burden and being short with explanations. Good luck to everyone and their cases but just wanted to share how my experience went with this office.
