I bought a new car not realizing that Maryland has a law that prohibits car dealers from charging a sales commission fee, which was quite substantial in my case. The Whitney staff took my case with no out-of-pocket cost to me to recover the dealer sales commission, plus tax. They used the Maryland law to obtain their fees from them, not from me. I got back the full sales commission plus tax and the car dealer paid for the attorney fee. I received the best possible service and outcome from the Whitney law firm and would highly recommend them to anyone needing legal assistance.

I rented a minivan from a major rental car agency, and during the contract, my brother and I were involved in a felony stolen vehicle stop, which resulted in our detainment until we could clear our name.
