You should stop looking right now and retain this attorney! Mr. Wiggs is the most competent, thorough and expeditious lawyer that has ever represented me. I'm positive you'll feel the same.. I was transferring my license from MD. to NC when, an extremely complicated matter with my Maryland drivers license dating all the way back to 1991 prevented me from doing so. After posting $500 in cash to the PG County Courts, and waiting almost a solid year for them to take action, absolutely nothing had been accomplished.
