I have been very pleased with my experience with Wilbanks Law Firm since my initial phone call in April 2023. The reception staff was always both kind and helpful and Penny contacted me by phone or E mail in a very timely manner. I was a little anxious about what my requirements would be regarding my mom’s estate. Penny was so helpful and talked me through each step. She remained calm and patient with me throughout the process. I learned a great deal from her. I’m very grateful I chose this firm to help me close mom’s estate. They provided the tools I needed to honor my late mother.

I used Wilbanks Law Firm as executor of my mother's estate. I live in the state of KY and my mother lived in the state of Georgia. Wilbanks Law Firm was wonderful to work with. They helped me navigate the requirements of Georgia's probation laws. I was only required to make one trip to Georgia. I would definitely use Wilbanks Law Firm again!
