??AMAZING??STAFF?? I was overly pleased by outcome with my fight for custody of my daughter. Dustin is a very knowledgeable and helpful lawyer who will do anything in his power to get you justice and to answer any questions you might have. The secretary staff there is so friendly and always willing to answer any questions I had. I could call/text when I needed to know somthing about my case. Just over all a very good experience. I would recommend to anyone. They work very well on payments.
Mr. Summers is an extremely intelligent attorney. He helped me through a very difficult and honestly very crazy situation. But his guidance and representation really helped me with what I needed. I had 4 or 5 things going on in my case(s) and it greatly helped me to have a good legal counsel as support and guidance. Also Mr. Schirmer is very intelligent and encouraging.. He is great support to Mr. Summers - They are both there for me whenever I need them. Penny is very friendly and kind, she is great to have up front and organizes things well and reaches out in case there is any reschedule or something comes up or if I need her to find a file or look something up for me. There has always been great transparency between the Law Firm and I, and I appreciate that. I will say this, as a client, be a good client. Do what you need to do, do what they tell you to do, Get them documents that are needed and always ask for advice from your counsel when making a decision in the case. Cannot be happier with my legal representation! 5/5 *
Mr Summers and his staff did an absolutely phenomenal job when dealing with my cases. What began as one case turned into two, to which he and his team immediately took actions on my behalf. Throughout the entire process I was well informed as to exactly where we were in my case, as well as the thought process behind the decisions we made. The outcomes were exactly what he told me he would get me, even when the situation would appear otherwise. I cannot recommend Mr. Summers and his firm enough.
Bill and his crew are great. Together they make an awesome team. Each one so different, someone sure to fit with your personality and understand you. My case has had everything that a case can have unfortunately, family, criminal etc and though we are all extremely exhausted from it all, they helped me right along and kept going when I was even ready to just throw in the towel. I’d recommend Bill and his crew to anyone for any case. You’re in good hands.
Mr. Summers spent the time with me listening to my horror story about my ex and a traumatic unproven CPS accusation that wrecked our family, and made me feel like paying him to take my case would be worth it for us in protecting my daughter. He was not helpful in anyway and the ultimate no for me, was that he gaslit me during my trial. We were in the courthouse, ready to go back to see a judge after 5 months of waiting for a date and he starts saying he had already told me the judge had said he wouldn't support our case (he apparently said this in pre-trial, which I was told by Mr. Summers not to attend.) He absolutely never said a word to hint at this, or I would have prepared very differently leading up too court. I was stunned, and had to figure out how to walk into court and hold the line for my daughter without the full-hearted support of my attorney. It was terrifying and I had a full-blown panic attack before working out an shotty agreement directly with my ex in the magistrates chambers. Getting him to be my attorney was an enormous waste of a lot of hard earned money. I am extremely disappointed that his abysmal communication and lack of support, basically telling me at the final hour I needed to just let my case go because the judge already decided in pre-trial that he wouldn't support me... WHERE WAS THAT INFORMATION BEFORE TRIAL? I had to literally stand my ground against him and push for trial to get anywhere near a solution I could live with. THEN, he has the audacity to not only ask for a 5 star review when I am leaving the courthouse, but to send me a bill for $480 more. The image is my bill, and I am going to need a lot more explanation than this, because he didn't do a thing for my case. Robin Bonovich, however, was lovely and I wish she was serving Ohio so I could use her. If you are in WV, she is a caring attorney.
