I contacted Attorney Falik on behalf of my son to represent him in a traffic violation hearing involving an accident. I am beyond pleased with the way things went. I was given a speeding ticket for 36mph over the speed limit. I Never go more than 15mph over the limit.. I decided to hire FL Traffic Defense to represent me. In the end, the points were withheld, adjudication was withheld, I paid Attorney Falik a reasonable rate to represent me, and I had to pay a fine and court costs. The only thing that could have gone better is if the ticket had been dropped all together, but I'm sure he tried. Overall, I am satisfied with the outcome. I dont have to worry about my insurance rate going up, or having bad record. Thank you.
